About the Role :

We are looking for a high-impact Backend Engineer who thrives on building scalable, distributed systems and solving complex engineering problems. You will play a key role in designing robust backend architectures, powering high-throughput applications, and driving engineering excellence.

What You'll Do :

- Design and build highly scalable backend systems and microservices

- Architect solutions for performance, reliability, and security

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services

- Work on distributed systems and event-driven architectures

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Optimize applications for high availability and low latency

What We're Looking For :

Core Skills :

- Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms & System Design

- Expertise in backend development using Java / Node.js / Python

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Microservices architecture

- Experience building high-throughput, distributed systems

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend design principles

- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka / ActiveMQ)

- Solid exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring

Good to Have :

- Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases (design & selection)

- Exposure to DevOps practices / Infrastructure as Code

- Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns / iPaaS

- Contributions to open-source projects

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications
