About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with 8-11 years of experience in software development, particularly in building AI-based applications. As an Individual Contributor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires expertise in Python and Django frameworks, along with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for AI-driven applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Python and Django frameworks.

- Optimize backend performance and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance backend architecture.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in Python and Django frameworks.

- Strong understanding of backend architecture and full-stack development principles.

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in full-stack development.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.

- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI frameworks.

- Education from Tier 1 institutions.
