Youll work across teams to design backend services, data pipelines, and APIs that handle high-volume, multi-market operations. The role emphasizes clean architecture, system reliability, and integration with AI/ML components for use cases such as dynamic pricing and demand forecasting.

Key Outcomes :

Reliable Software Development :

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java), with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.

Test-First Approach :

- Develop robust applications with high test coverage by consistently writing unit and integration tests.

Flexible Data Design :

- Model data structures that can scale and adapt across geographies and evolving marketplace requirements.

AI-Augmented Productivity :

- Use AI tools for coding, debugging, and prototyping to enhance day-to-day development workflows.

Parallel Project Execution :

- Balance priorities and deliver across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Continuous Learning :

- Embrace new technologies including agentic systems, ML platforms, and domain-specific tools as part of ongoing skill development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience building backend systems for commerce, retail, or logistics platforms.

- Exposure to distributed systems or event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).

- Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS or GCP, including use of managed services.

- Understanding of MLOps workflows or experience collaborating with data science teams.

- Experience designing APIs that serve diverse frontend and third-party integrations.

- Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or internal tooling.

- Knowledge of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) or interest in AI-driven automation is a plus.
