Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Python, Django, and DRF.

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for web and mobile clients.

- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA to define technical requirements.

- Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.

- Implement and maintain database schemas, queries, and migrations.

- Ensure application performance, reliability, and security.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services when needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience :

Required skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computers or higher.

- 4 to 6 years of backend development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.

- Proficiency in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, PR reviews).

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest).

- Understanding of security best practices in backend development.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with asynchronous frameworks (Celery, Django Channels, FastAPI).

- Familiarity with NoSQL Databases.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
