Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and scale backend systems that power our B2B platform.

- Architect robust APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools using Python, FastAPI, and Django.

- Drive end-to-end ownership from design and development to testing and deployment.

- Identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and make smart architectural decisions.

- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.

- Lead and mentor a small team, set technical direction, and raise the engineering bar.

Requirements :

- 3- 6+ years of backend development experience (preferably Python).

- Strong expertise with FastAPI (mandatory); experience with Django or similar frameworks is a plus.

- Solid understanding of system design, architecture, databases, and scalability.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and ownership mindset.

- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or product-based environments is a plus.
