Backend Engineer - Node.js/Microservices Architecture

Description :

- Implement backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.

- Build REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate with internal microservices.

- Work with MongoDB for data modelling, query optimisation, and performance.

- Contribute to scalable, event-driven architectures.

- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with product, frontend, and AI teams.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

- Debug production issues and improve system reliability.

Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of backend fundamentals: APIs, async patterns, error handling.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB.

- Basic understanding of microservices and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.

- Ability to write clear, modular, maintainable code.

- Experience with AWS or cloud environments.

- Knowledge of WebSockets, queues (SQS/Redis), or real-time systems.

- Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes.

- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
