We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer (Node.js) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js

- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and data sources

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

- Contribute to continuous improvement and system enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js

- Hands-on experience with Express.js or similar Node frameworks

- Solid understanding of databases such as MongoDB / MySQL

- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming

- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Basic exposure to Docker, AWS, or cloud services is a plus
