Role : Backend Engineer (4-6 Years)

Location : Gurgaon | Flexible work setup

What Youll Do :

- Build, deploy & manage microservices on Kubernetes with Docker

- Architect and maintain robust data layers with MySQL & MongoDB

- Develop asynchronous services using Redis, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, or Kafka

- Own end-to-end cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP (S3/GCS, CDNs, Load Balancers)

- Implement secure, high-throughput APIs for mobile & web apps

- Collaborate with product, frontend & infra teams to deliver impactful features

- Contribute to DevOps pipelines (Git, CI/CD, container orchestration)

- Monitor & optimize system performance for latency, reliability & scalability

What Were Looking For :

- 4-6 years of hands-on backend development experience

- Proficiency in Node.js or Python

- Strong experience with MySQL, MongoDB

- Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices

- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS

- Cloud experience with AWS or GCP

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs & cloud-native patterns

Bonus Points If You Have :

- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack

- Prior experience in consumer-facing, high-growth product environments
