Backend Engineer - Node.js Framework

Experience : 1 - 8 yrs

About Us :

- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design efficient, scalable database structures.

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs.

- Implement authentication & authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

- Write scalable, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Optimize application performance and database queries.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.

- Ensure security and data protection best practices.

- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.

- Implement caching strategies using Redis or similar technologies.

- Debug production issues and participate in code reviews.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 1-8+ years of experience in backend development.

- Strong expertise in Node.js (Express.js or similar frameworks).

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL & MongoDB.

- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

- Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in Docker & Kubernetes is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
