This role is a strategic seat at the table. You'll be architecting the backbone of a platform that orchestrates identity, inventory, booking, payments, access control, IoT systems, predictive analytics, internal tools like ReScout, PriMo & SpaceOps, and the flagship workspace apps used by thousands daily. Your code will literally shape how India works, collaborates, and builds the workplaces of tomorrow.

Responsibilities :

- Build and scale distributed backend systems that power a complex ecosystem of digital and physical experiences.

- Translate ambiguous business needs into crisp, future-proof architectural blueprints.

- Work across MongoDB, Redis, Postgres, Snowflake and craft data models that fuel product intelligence.

- Optimise high-traffic read/write patterns and mission-critical workflows.

- Design robust, secure, developer-friendly REST APIs.

- Power core systems like booking, access management, payments, and workspace personalisation.

- Build integrations with internal platforms (e. g., IoT systems, SpaceOps, ReScout) and third-party services that power community, conferencing, and hybrid work.

- Own uptime, resilience, latency, and production stability in a high-volume, multi-city operation.

- Champion instrumentation, alerting, and debugging frameworks.

- Partner with product, design, operations, and data science to ship high-impact features.

- Lead code reviews and bring engineering excellence to the floor.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of backend engineering experience.

- Expertise in Node.js / Java / Python.

- Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.

- Hands-on with databases (SQL + NoSQL), cloud (AWS/Azure), and containerisation (Docker/K8S).
