Backend Engineer - Java/Golang/Python

Description :

Core Responsibilities :

Backend & Cloud Development :

- Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend systems on AWS.

Database Design & Optimization :

- Design and implement efficient database schemas based on application requirements.

- Define relationships, ensure data integrity, and optimize query performance.

- Collaborate with the development team for schema refinement and tuning.

Database Development & Implementation :

- Build and manage database structures using SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

- Work across relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Data Migration & Integration :

- Handle data migration, import/export, and integration between systems.

Database Administration & Maintenance :

- Manage database users, backups, performance tuning, and security configuration.

- Ensure database scalability, performance, and availability in AWS environments.

Data Security & Compliance :

- Implement robust data protection, encryption, and privacy measures in line with organizational standards.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to align data architecture with application goals.

- Communicate technical database and backend concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong programming experience in Java / GoLang / Python for backend system design.

- Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2 RDS, Lambda, S3 ECS, etc. ).

- Experience working with microservices and Kubernetes based environments.

- Understanding of RESTful and gRPC API design.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern deployment frameworks.
