Backend Engineer - Java/Golang

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our team and build scalable, high-performance backend services for enterprise applications. You will work with Java (Spring Boot), Go (Golang), and React to develop microservices, real-time systems, and event-driven architectures that handle thousands of concurrent users seamlessly.

What Youll Do :

- Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java Spring Boot and Go.

- Build RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and GraphQL endpoints for internal and customer-facing applications.

- Design and implement message queue systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and other messaging technologies.

- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, caching strategies, and connection pooling.

- Ensure system reliability and sub-second response times for high-traffic applications.

- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate React-based interfaces seamlessly with backend services.

- Follow SOLID principles, modular coding practices, and contribute to code reviews and documentation.

What Were Looking For :

1. 4 - 8+ years in backend development, including :

• 2+ years in Java Spring ecosystem
• 1+ year in Go programming

4. Experience working with React for full-stack integration

5. Proven experience in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and message queues

6. Strong database skills in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, including query optimization and transactions

7. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, unit testing frameworks

8. Understanding of event-driven architectures, stream processing, and pub/sub patterns

9. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institute

10. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset in agile environments
