Job Description
Job Purpose :
- A Software Engineer with 3+ years of proven experience in developing complex business applications.
- Comprehensive exposure across the entire software development lifecycle - requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Experience in digital commerce or retail domain is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ability to adapt quickly to multiple programming languages and technology stacks.
- Proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Additional experience in web development and DevOps will be an advantage.
Key Accountabilities & Support Actions :
- Gain a deep understanding of business processes and customer value propositions to design optimal technical solutions.
- Actively contribute to technical architecture, integration design, and supporting documentation.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Adhere to engineering best practices with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Take ownership of deployment, rollout, ongoing maintenance, and application support.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain backend services for Company, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and scalability to support business operations.
