Backend Engineer - Golang Technologies

Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable microservices in Go to power our SDKs, ad delivery, and analytics platform.

- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices and data pipelines for real-time processing.

- Drive end-to-end feature development in collaboration with Mobile, Analytics, and Data teams.

- Continuously optimize for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across services and infrastructure.

- Influence architecture and technical direction, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and future-ready.

Requirements :

- 2-5 years of production experience with Go (Golang), with a strong grasp of its concurrency modelgoroutines, channels, and mutexes.

- Proven expertise in building scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed backend systems.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes(K8s), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.

- Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and BigQuery, with caching tools such as Redis to enhance performance.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

- Experience with code profiling and performance tuning using tools like pprof.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Prior work in product-focused or startup environments.
