Location Details : Indiranagar, Bangalore.

This role has 5 Days Work From Office & Saturdays are flexible (either WFO/ WFH).

About the role :

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and scale the core infrastructure behind our company's AI-powered content generation platform. You will design systems that handle video processing, real-time transcription, and content delivery at scale, working closely with ML and frontend teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable APIs and microservices using Go and Python that power our content generation pipeline

- Architect and optimize data pipelines for video processing, transcription, and AI model inference

- Own performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems serving 30,000+ teams

- Build integrations with third-party platforms (Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, and others)

- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems

- Collaborate with ML engineers on model serving and inference optimization

What you'll bring :

- 3 to 6 years of experience building production backend systems

- Strong proficiency in Go and Python (must have)

- Experience with MongoDB and database design

- B.Tech from IIT, BITS, NIT, or equivalent top-tier engineering institution

- Prior startup experience is strongly preferred

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments

- Exposure to distributed systems and AI-driven automations is a strong plus
