Backend Engineer - Golang/Python

We're Hiring :

Backend Engineers (SDE-2 / SDE-3)

We're looking for experienced backend engineers to join our team and take ownership of building core products, defining architecture, and delivering end-to-end features.

What You'll Do :

- Build Core Products: Quickly get up to speed with our Docmate platform and AI-driven Chat/Voice products. Take charge of key components or entire product lines.

- Lead Technically: Make architectural decisions, design scalable systems, and influence our long-term technical direction.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with co-founders and business teams to turn high-level vision into working solutions.

- Own Delivery: Be accountable for the entire lifecycle-ideation, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

What We're Looking For :

- Strong backend expertise in Python, Java, or Golang (Django is a plus)

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

- Prior startup experience or a strong ownership mindset is highly preferred

- Ideally, a degree from a top 40 engineering college in India
