Backend Engineer - Golang

Experience : 3 Years - 5 Years

Location : Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate joiner or maximum upto 30days

Mandatory Requirements :

- Strong Backend Engineering (Golang) Profiles

- Must have 3+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience, with at least 2+ years working primarily in Golang on production systems

- Must have strong hands-on experience with Golang, including writing clean, scalable, and maintainable backend services

- Must have experience designing, developing, and owning RESTful and/or gRPC APIs end-to-end (from design to production)

- Must have solid experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL/ MongoDB

- Must have a strong understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and memory management in Go

Preferred :

- Preferred (Cloud) Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure

- Preferred (DevOps) Hands-on experience with Docker and basic exposure to Kubernetes.

- Preferred (Messaging) Experience with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.

- Preferred (CI/CD) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and own backend services using Golang

- Develop and maintain RESTful / gRPC APIs

- Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production

- Build scalable systems that can evolve quickly as the product grows

- Work closely with product and frontend teams to rapidly ship features

- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services

- Debug production issues and improve system resilience

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

- Participate in architectural decisions as the product scales
