Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with 13 years of experience in database handling, API integration, and backend logic implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a deep understanding of server-side technologies, and the ability to work closely with front-end developers to deliver efficient and scalable web applications.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications.

- Manage and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases for performance and reliability.

- Integrate and maintain third-party APIs as well as develop custom APIs for internal use.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to align server-side logic with user-facing components.

- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend performance issues.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

- Work closely with the product and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API integration methods.

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with server deployment and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
