About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with development teams and product managers to design and implement software solutions.

- Develop and manage efficient databases and backend applications.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs.

- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems.

Requirements & Skills :

- 4+ years of proven experience in backend or full-stack web development.

- Strong proficiency in Python or Ruby on Rails and solid understanding of C and JavaScript.

- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL systems.

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).

- Good understanding of web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and innovation.
