Backend Developer - Ruby on Rails

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails (RoR) Backend Developer with solid experience in web application development.

The candidate should have strong backend engineering skills and exposure to modern web architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Work on scalable backend components, database design, and performance optimization.

- Write clean and maintainable code following industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of experience as a RoR developer.

- Strong background in web development, MVC architecture, and backend logic.

- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Good understanding of API design, caching, and security best practices.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, React, or similar frontend tools is an added advantage
