The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and modern database technologies, along with experience in production-grade environments and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable backend services and APIs

- Build and maintain high-performance applications using Python and FastAPI

- Work with MongoDB for data modeling, storage, and optimization

- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in production environments

- Collaborate with frontend teams (React) to ensure seamless integration

- Leverage AWS services for cloud-based application deployment

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

- Follow best practices in code quality, security, and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 to 8 years of backend development experience

- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB

- Experience working in production/live environments

- Good understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)

- Basic familiarity with React

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes
