Backend Developer - Python Programming

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Python and FastAPI (or other asynchronous frameworks).

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support real-time AI applications.

- Work on MongoDB/Atlas database design, query optimization, and schema modeling.

- Build efficient CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, and containerize applications with Docker.

- Collaborate with frontend, AI/ML, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of features.

- Debug and optimize distributed systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.

- Implement and manage third-party API integrations to enhance system capabilities.

- Work on AI-related backend components such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, structured outputs, and AI guardrails to ensure responsible model behavior.

- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and sprint planning sessions.

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while following industry best practices.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python and FastAPI (or similar asynchronous frameworks).

- Proven expertise with MongoDB/Atlas, including data modeling and performance tuning.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated deployment workflows.

- Experience in debugging distributed systems and integrating third-party APIs.

- Familiarity with AI/LLM-based systems, such as RAG pipelines or structured output frameworks, is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Node.js, Redis, or messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).

- Experience with real-time communication systems (WebSockets, gRPC).

- Background in healthcare technology or AI product development.-
