Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience in building scalable backend services. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and experience working with FastAPI frameworks. Exposure to Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and semantic search is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.

- Apply OOPs principles and design patterns to build clean, scalable, and reusable code.

- Deploy and manage backend applications on AWS using SDKs and cloud services.

- Build and integrate GenAI components, including 2+ POCs or hands-on projects.

- Implement RAG pipelines with semantic search, LangChain, embeddings, and vector stores.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design APIs, integrate services, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements :

- Strong programming skills with expertise in Python.

- Excellent understanding of OOPs concepts and design patterns.

- Experience with FastAPI and building production-ready APIs.

- AWS deployment experience (SDK, Lambda, EC2 S3 etc. ).

- Hands-on exposure to GenAI, RAG, semantic search, and LangChain.
