Backend Developer - Python/Golang

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring seamless performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Golang, or C++.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best coding practices and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in Backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, or C++.

- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Able to solve complex back-end challenges and work with multiple teams and ensure deliverables are closed.

- Follow best coding practices to deliver high quality outcomes in given time

- Able to leverage LLMs to increase productively in day-to-day work.

- Likes to take ownership and work without a lot of guidance
