About the Role :

Were looking for a skilled Backend Developer to help build and scale our ERP and manufacturing management platform. You'll work with a modern Django stack, building APIs, background tasks, and integrations that power critical business workflows.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend services using Django and Django REST Framework

- Handle background tasks and scheduling with Celery

- Work with MySQL, Redis, and message brokers like RabbitMQ

- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews

- Optimise performance, reliability, and scalability

- Integrate with AWS S3, APIs, and third-party systems

- Troubleshoot and maintain existing systems

- Follow security best practices

Requirements :

Must-Have :

- Strong experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework

- Solid understanding of MySQL and Django ORM

- Experience with Celery, RESTful APIs, and background processing

- Familiar with Git and modern development workflows

- Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, or similar auth mechanisms

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and MQTT

- Exposure to ERP domains

- Knowledge of tools like Sentry, Silk, or performance monitoring
