Backend Developer - PHP

Description :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Core / Native PHP

- Design and manage MySQL databases, including complex queries, indexing, and optimization

- Integrate frontend components built with Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Build and consume REST APIs

- Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and functional issues

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and stakeholders

- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards

- Ensure application scalability, performance, and reliability

- Solid experience with MySQL (queries, joins, indexing, normalization)

- Hands-on experience with Bootstrap framework

- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Experience with AJAX & JSON

- Knowledge of RESTful API development

- Familiarity with MVC architecture

- Experience with Git / version control systems

- Understanding of server-side security practices (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF)

Additional / Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Linux server environments

- Basic knowledge of Apache / Nginx

- Familiarity with PHP frameworks (Laravel / CodeIgniter) optional but a plus

- Understanding of payment gateway integrations

- Experience working with third-party APIs

- Knowledge of basic cloud hosting (AWS / Digital Ocean / similar)

- Ability to optimize application performance and database queries
