Backend Developer - Node.js/TypeScript

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Build and optimize scalable REST APIs.

- Work with SQL & PostgreSQL including schemas, joins, indexing, and performance tuning.

- Integrate third-party systems using REST APIs, SDKs, OAuth/SSO.

- Architect solutions using AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, and SQS/SNS.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch and OpsGenie.

- Apply best practices for CI/CD pipelines and sprint-based delivery.

- Work on distributed systems, async patterns, and queues.

- Collaborate with team members for code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployments.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript, TypeScript, System Design.

- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience in AWS Lambda, CloudWatch logs, metrics, alarms.

- Knowledge of OpsGenie alerting workflows.

- Experience with SQS/SNS and basic IAM understanding (preferred).

- Solid knowledge of distributed systems, async patterns, and queues.
