Role : Backend Developer (Node.js)

Role Overview :

We are hiring a strong Backend Developer to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for a real-time trading platform similar to Exness. This role will focus on transaction-heavy APIs, real-time data flows, wallet systems, order processing, and platform reliability.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, databases, real-time systems, and distributed architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Develop secure APIs for user accounts, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, and trading operations.

- Design real-time systems using WebSockets, pub/sub, and event-driven architecture.

- Work with message queues such as RabbitMQ for async workflows and background jobs.

- Optimize databases, caching, and system performance for high concurrency workloads.

- Implement logging, monitoring, testing, and production reliability standards.

- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to ship stable features quickly.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of backend development experience with Node.js.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and scalable backend architecture.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Experience with Redis for caching and queues.

- Hands-on experience with pub/sub systems and RabbitMQ.

- Experience building real-time APIs using WebSockets.

- Strong understanding of authentication, security, and transactional systems.

- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in fintech, trading, gaming, or payments platforms.

- Experience handling high traffic and low latency systems.

- Strong problem-solving and production ownership mindset.
