Role : Backend Engineer (3 to 5 years Experience)

Location : Bangalore Hybrid

Responsibilities :

- Build and optimize backend services using Node.js and NestJS

- Manage MySQL and AWS RDS

- Deploy and maintain services on AWS EC2 and cloud infrastructure

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines

- Ensure API performance, security and scalability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Troubleshoot, debug and support production systems

- Take full ownership of backend modules

Must-Have Skills :

- 3 to 5 years backend development experience

- Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS

- Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS)

- MySQL database design and optimization

- CI/CD implementation

- Solid understanding of API security and performance

- GitHub workflow management

- Strong ownership and execution mindset
