Backend Developer - NestJS/Node.js

We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer with hands-on experience in NestJS, Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

You will design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems while working in a modern microservices environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL for schema design, data modeling, and query optimization.

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for scalability and resilience.

- Implement authentication and authorization flows (JWT/OAuth2) with a strong focus on security.

- Ensure system performance through database optimization and caching strategies.

- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and best coding practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Node.js : Solid backend development experience with modern frameworks.

- NestJS : Hands-on experience building modular, scalable backend applications.

- Fastify : Strong understanding of high-performance Node.js frameworks.

- PostgreSQL : Expertise in schema design, indexing, and query performance.

- MySQL : Solid knowledge of relational database design and query optimization.

- Microservices Architecture : Experience designing and implementing distributed systems.

- Token-Based Authentication : Expertise in JWT/OAuth2 authentication and API security.

- Git : Proficient with version control and collaborative workflows.

Good to Have :

- Docker Experience with containerization and orchestration.

- Redis Familiarity with caching mechanisms and in-memory databases.
