Role : Java Developer

What You'll Do :

- Java Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JSP, JDBC, J2EE, and Struts.

- Microservices Architecture : Leverage your strong experience to design, develop, and deploy microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot and other modern frameworks.

- Cloud Deployment : Utilize your hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, to deploy and manage applications.

- Performance Tuning & Optimization : Analyze and enhance application performance, optimize memory management, and ensure scalability of solutions.

- Architectural Design : Apply your expertise in designing scalable and resilient architectures.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive key technical decisions.

- DevOps & CI/CD : Work with DevOps and CI/CD practices, using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven, and contribute to monitoring solutions for smooth code integration and continuous deployment.

Key Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JSP, JDBC, J2EE, and Struts.

- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture : Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy microservices-based solutions.

- Cloud Deployment Knowledge : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

- Proficient in Performance Tuning & Code Optimization : Ability to analyze and enhance application performance, memory management, and scalability.

- Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills : Capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical decisions.

- Experience with DevOps & CI/CD Practices : Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and monitoring solutions.
