Backend Developer - Java/Spring Frameworks

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Java to join our fast-paced engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend systems and services, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement security and data protection best practices.

- Monitor and improve system performance and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues.

Requirements :

- 5 -8 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java (Java 8 or above).

- Proficiency in Spring Framework / Spring Boot.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and JSON/XML.

- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (e. g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. ) is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
