Designation - Backend Developer

Education - B.Tech from Tier 1 & Tier 2 Engineering College

Ideal Profile :

- 25 years of backend development experience

- Strong grasp of OOP, Datastructure algorithms, and system designing

- Proficient in Java or other JVM languages (Scala, Kotlin)

- Comfortable with relational and NoSQL databases

- Familiar with MVC architecture and messaging queues

- Microservices in Java/Scala

- Messaging & stream processing : Kafka, Flink

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Druid

- Frameworks : Spring Boot, Play, J2EE

- Bonus : Experience with Cassandra, JUnit, Linux CLI, and distributed systems

Responsibilities :

- End-to-end ownership of featuresfrom design to deployment

- Collaborate with team to resolve blockers and bugs

- Uphold best engineering practices and review code

- Make thoughtful trade-offs between technical and design choices

- In-depth understanding and proficiency in algorithms and data structures

- Understanding of micro-services and low-level system design principles

- Experience with server frameworks like Play, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot

- Experience in querying and using relational (like PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (like Mongo)

- Experience using the MVC framework to build independent services/applications

- Familiar and well-equipped with standard design patterns and coding principles.
