Backend Developer - Java/Python

Description :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies, databases, APIs, and cloud environments, and will work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications.

- Implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Database & Data Management :

- Design and manage relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Write optimized queries, stored procedures, and data models.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.

Integration & Performance :

- Integrate backend services with third-party APIs and internal systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement caching, logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.

Security & Best Practices :

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).

- Follow secure coding standards and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with data protection and security requirements.

Collaboration & DevOps :

- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in backend development.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, Go, or similar).

- Experience with backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, ASP.NET, etc.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
