Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Ensure code quality with best practices and thorough testing

- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Required Skills :

- 2.4 to 6 years of professional experience in backend development

- Strong programming skills in either :

1. Java & Spring Boot, OR

2. Python & Django / Flask

- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong command over Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

- Experience in High-Level System Design (HLD)

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience working in a product-based company environment is preferred

Additional Requirements :

- Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period from product-based companies preferred

- Good communication and teamwork skills
