Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with backend technologies, and a solid understanding of database management, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs

- Build scalable, high-performance, and secure server-side applications

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams

- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

- Contribute to architecture and design discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong experience with backend programming languages such as :

1. Java

2. Python

3. Node.js

4. Go, or C#

Experience with backend frameworks :

i. Spring Boot

ii. Django

iii. Flask

iv. Express.js

v. .NET Core

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Experience with databases :

- SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)

- NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB)

- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments

- Understanding of security best practices
