Backend Developer - Java/Generative AI

Description :

This role is for an experienced back-end and data-focused developer who will integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise-grade applications using the Java ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI/ML Development: Lead the development, training, and deployment of Machine Learning (ML) models, focusing on integrating Generative AI features into production systems.

- Back-End Engineering: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance services using Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot.

- Data Science: Apply a solid foundation in Data Science and Analytics to manage, process, and analyze complex datasets.

- Insight Generation: Develop mechanisms to extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets to drive business decisions and feature improvements.

- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and front-end teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models and back-end services.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong hands-on skills in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot (5+ years).

- Proven experience in developing, training, and deploying ML models into production environments.

- Expertise in data manipulation and processing, backed by a solid foundation in Data Science and Analytics.

- Ability to design and implement complex data processing pipelines.
