Backend Developer - Golang/Node.js

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain robust server-side systems that support millions of users globally. You'll play a key role in developing scalable microservices, efficient APIs, and high-performance databases that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices architecture

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs that are used by internal and external clients

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver seamless user experiences

- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through well-structured code and observability practices

- Optimize data storage and retrieval with effective use of SQL/NoSQL databases

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Go (Golang) and/or Node.js

- Experience in designing and maintaining microservices

- Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar

- Deep understanding of API design principles and RESTful services

- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar)

- Solid knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and performance tuning

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
