Backend Developer - EMR Integration

Back end Developer

Exp : 4-6 years

Remote : 1-2 days in a month any location of HCL

11am to 8 : 30 pm

Responsibilities :

- Prior experience in healthcare or NHS-related projects.

- Knowledge of MIG connectors and EMR integration strategies.

- Familiarity with FHIR mapping tools or libraries.

- Exposure to Material UI and frontend-backend integration patterns.

- Experience with Rally or similar Agile project management tools.

- Understanding of data staleness indicators and progressive loading strategies. Proficiency in FastAPI or similar Python-based web frameworks.

- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs with healthcare data standards.

- Strong understanding of FHIR R4 UK and SNOMED CT data models.

- Familiarity with asynchronous data aggregation and caching strategies.

- Experience working with AWS services, including Secrets Manager.

- Ability to implement purpose-based access control, including role mapping and data suppression.

- Comfortable working in a containerized development environment (e.g., Docker).

- Experience with mono-repo architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of pluggable authentication mechanisms (e.g., CIS2, Optum Healthcare One).

- Strong collaboration skills to work with frontend, data, and integration teams.
