Role : Backend Developer

Location : Remote

Exp : 5 to 10 years

JD :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

- Work extensively with MongoDB to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure database scalability and performance.

- Integrate APIs and external data sources to enhance application functionality.

- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless integration and deployment.

- Monitor and optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

- Implement data security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and one or more frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB - schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and query optimization.

- Knowledge of RESTful API development and JSON-based data exchange.

- Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
