Role Overview :

As an Azure Solutions Architect, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our international cloud initiatives, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable cloud infrastructure. You will engage directly with global stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive leadership to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade Azure environments.

Your day-to-day involves architecting robust cloud ecosystems, overseeing large-scale migrations, and ensuring that our infrastructure remains secure, cost-effective, and high-performing. By driving the adoption of modern cloud-native practices, you will directly influence our global digital transformation strategy, ensuring our platforms deliver seamless value to millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Azure cloud architectures that align with enterprise business goals, ensuring high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery for global operations.

- Lead complex cloud migration projects, transitioning legacy on-premise workloads to Azure to improve operational efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership.

- Orchestrate containerized application deployments using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to enhance application portability and deployment velocity across international regions.

- Implement advanced security frameworks and governance policies to protect sensitive enterprise data and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.

- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and DevOps best practices to accelerate software delivery cycles and minimize manual intervention.

- Integrate Azure Databricks into the enterprise data ecosystem to enable advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities that drive data-backed business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for mission-critical applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex Azure infrastructure, with a deep understanding of cloud-native design patterns and enterprise architecture principles.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale cloud migrations and infrastructure administration, backed by 7-12 years of hands-on experience in high-stakes environments.

- Exceptional proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, alongside a strong command of CI/CD pipeline orchestration to streamline development workflows.

- Advanced technical knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Databricks, with the ability to implement these tools to solve specific business challenges.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a global, distributed work environment, demonstrating the adaptability required to manage international projects across different time zones.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional Azure certifications that validate your architectural expertise.
