Azure Python Developer - Django/Flask

Skills : Strong Python programming, Azure Cloud, Azure Paas Services, REST API development, SQL/Cosmos DB (or other databases). Azure services experience preferred.

Key Skills Required :

Must-Have :

- Proficiency in building REST APIs using frameworks such as :

- Django REST Framework

- Flask

- Solid understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Azure services.

Nice-to-Have :

Good knowledge of :

- SQL databases

- Cosmos DB

- Azure Blob Storage

- Experience with containerization tools :

- Docker

- Docker Compose

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes using :

- Azure DevOps

- Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD platforms

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable REST APIs using Python and modern web frameworks (Django REST / Flask / FastAPI).

- Integrate APIs with cloud-based backend services hosted on Azure.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, Cosmos DB).

- Implement secure and efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms using Azure Blob Storage and other Azure-

native components.

- Build, test, and deploy microservices using Docker and Docker Compose.

- Participate in end-to-end CI/CD processes to ensure fast and reliable delivery of features and fixes.

- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and front-end teams to ensure alignment on architecture, performance, and scalability.

- Follow best practices for code quality, version control, testing, and documentation.

- Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions for ongoing and upcoming projects.
