We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Migration Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This role is crucial in driving successful Azure Tenant to Tenant migrations, SaaS application migrations, network design and implementation, and building robust Azure Landing Zones.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Manager, Hiring Manager, and Project Lead to deliver seamless cloud migration projects for enterprise clients.

Reporting Lines :

This position reports directly to the Technical Manager and collaborates with the Project Lead and other cloud engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute Azure Tenant to Tenant migration projects, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and compliance with security standards.

- Plan and perform SaaS application migrations to Azure, including assessment, strategy, and execution phases.

- Design, configure, and manage Azure networking components such as Virtual Networks, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, and Network Security Groups.

- Utilise the Azure Migrate tool for discovery, assessment, and migration of workloads from on-premises or other clouds to Azure.

- Develop and implement Azure Landing Zones to establish secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse migration requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot migration and networking issues, providing timely resolution and documentation.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation and best practices for Azure migrations and landing zone deployments.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven expertise in Azure Tenant to Tenant migration, including user, group, mailbox, and resource migration.

- Hands-on experience in migrating SaaS applications to Azure, with a strong understanding of SaaS architectures and integration patterns.

- Solid knowledge of Azure networking, including VNET peering, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and connectivity solutions.

- Extensive experience using Azure Migrate for workload discovery, assessment, and migration planning.

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement Azure Landing Zones, following Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework.

- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM templates) for automation of migration and deployment tasks.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.

- Additional certifications in cloud security, networking, or DevOps are a plus.

- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud migrations.

- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices in Azure.
