Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Azure Integration Engineer to join our high-impact engineering team in Gurgaon or Hyderabad. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain complex integration solutions that bridge disparate systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency across our enterprise ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, enterprise architects, and key business stakeholders to translate intricate technical requirements into scalable, robust cloud-native solutions. Your work will directly influence the reliability of our digital infrastructure, enabling faster time-to-market for new features and driving significant improvements in system interoperability for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end integration patterns using Azure Integration Services to streamline communication between legacy systems and modern cloud applications.

- Lead the migration and modernization of existing on-premise integration workflows to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability for mission-critical business processes.

- Mentor junior engineering talent and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of performance, security, and maintainability across all integration projects.

- Partner with infrastructure and security teams to implement robust monitoring, alerting, and governance frameworks that safeguard data integrity and compliance.

- Optimize existing integration pipelines by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing advanced caching or asynchronous processing strategies to enhance system throughput.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid) to solve complex enterprise-level connectivity challenges.

- Proficiency in building high-performance backend services using .NET, Java, or C++, with a deep understanding of how these languages interface with cloud-native integration components.

- Proven ability to communicate technical architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and engineering execution.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and resolve intricate integration failures in high-pressure production environments.

- Experience working in a hybrid-work model, demonstrating the self-discipline and collaborative spirit required to drive projects forward in a distributed team environment.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of continuous learning in the evolving Azure ecosystem.
