Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Azure Full Stack Technical Lead / Cloud Modernization Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud-native application development, and enterprise modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Azure services.

The candidate will play a key role in driving cloud transformation programs, leading enterprise-scale cloud migration projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Architecture & Modernization :

- Lead cloud transformation and modernization initiatives using Microsoft Azure.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures.

- Drive migration of legacy applications to Azure cloud environments.

- Define cloud adoption strategies, modernization roadmaps, and best practices.

- Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security, and compliance standards.

Full Stack Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.

- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for scalable application architecture.

- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular, HTML, and modern UI frameworks.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.

DevOps & Automation :

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Implement containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).

- Automate application deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.

- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.

Database & Data Management :

- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and Snowflake.

- Develop efficient data models, queries, and integration strategies.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead and mentor development teams across cloud and application development initiatives.

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.

- Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to project teams.

Backend Development :

Required Experience :

- 6-10 years of software development experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and modernization initiatives.

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale cloud migration and modernization projects.

- Strong experience in full stack development using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

- Experience implementing microservices and cloud-native architectures.

- Hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of event-driven systems and Kafka-based integrations.
