We are hiring an Azure Engineer - to provide continuous operational support, optimization, and cost management for client Azure environments.

This role is responsible for maintaining a secure, efficient, and cost-effective Azure infrastructure, supporting O365/Entra/Intune, and ensuring clients are maximizing value from their cloud investment.

Education and Experience :

- Hands-on experience in Azure operations, administration, and troubleshooting.

- Strong knowledge of Office 365 licensing, tenant configurations, and subscription management.

- Proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune device/application management.

- Understanding of Azure cost optimization techniques such as reserved instances, rightsizing, and hybrid benefits.

- Knowledge of server workload monitoring, patching, and performance analysis.

- Familiarity with Azure security and compliance best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve technical issues independently.

- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities :

- Perform O365 licensing and tenant reviews to ensure compliance, optimization, and cost efficiency.

- Provide Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune support, including troubleshooting, policy management, and end-user assistance.

- Review workloads and servers to confirm proper configuration, security, and performance optimization.

- Validate whether Azure servers are configured under 3-year reserved instances for cost savings.

- Conduct environment reviews to ensure Azure resources are being utilized effectively and aligned with best practices.

- Perform troubleshooting of workloads, servers, and application issues within Azure.

- Identify and implement cost optimization measures for clients, including rightsizing and licensing reviews.

- Generate operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
