Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Azure DevOps Engineer to join our high-performance engineering team in India. In this role, you will be the bridge between development and operations, architecting robust infrastructure and streamlining delivery workflows to ensure our applications remain scalable, secure, and highly available.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, security architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated, reliable deployment strategies. Your work will directly influence the velocity of our product releases and the overall stability of our cloud ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for our end-users while maintaining rigorous security standards across our production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions to accelerate feature delivery and reduce manual intervention for development teams.

- Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Machines and Azure App Services to ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency for critical business applications.

- Implement secure secret management practices using Azure Key Vault to protect sensitive configuration data and ensure compliance across all environments.

- Orchestrate complex deployment strategies, including Canary deployments, to minimize risk and ensure zero-downtime releases for our global customer base.

- Oversee comprehensive environment management across Dev, Test, and Prod stages to ensure consistency and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Drive build automation initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks in the integration process, enabling faster feedback loops for engineering squads.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing sophisticated CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions within enterprise-scale environments.

- Deep technical proficiency in configuring and securing Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, and Key Vault to support mission-critical cloud infrastructure.

- Strong command of version control best practices using Azure Repos (Git) to facilitate seamless collaboration and code integrity across distributed teams.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project timelines and infrastructure goals.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in automated deployment workflows.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating strong self-management and the capacity to coordinate effectively with remote and on-site team members.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
