The Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure DevOps Consultant to join our Pune team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing DevOps processes using Azure services and industry-leading tools.

You will work closely with developers, architects, and clients to implement CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and drive cloud adoption strategies.

Responsibilities :

- Provision and manage infrastructure in Azure using ARM templates, Terraform, and other IaC tools.

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment.

- Collaborate with development teams to enable and support DevOps practices.

- Lead DevOps toolchain setup, including source control, build, release, and monitoring tools.

- Prepare DevOps adoption roadmaps and architecture documentation.

- Conduct training for development teams on Azure and DevOps tools.

- Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and performance.

- Participate in technical discussions and offer strategic DevOps solutions.

- Ensure proper version control and environment consistency.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Bachelor / Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 6+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Azure DevOps with strong programming background in .NET and Angular.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Serverless Framework.

- Solid understanding and experience with multiple Azure Services, including : Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL Database, Azure API Management, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, Azure Search, Azure Logic Apps.

- Experience in containerization and container orchestration platforms.

- Experience in versioning, release management, and automation.

- Experience designing DevOps strategy and adoption roadmaps.

- Exposure to Cloud, DevOps, and Azure technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified (Azure DevOps, Azure Administrator, or equivalent).

- Proven leadership in team-oriented environments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
