Job Description:

As part of the Analytics team, the Analytics Azure Data Engineer must possess the following skills:

- Experience with Azure data services including Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Pipelines, and Synapse Analytics is mandatory.

- Expertise in SQL, Python, Py-Spark or Spark-SQL.

- Expertise to develop reports and dashboards in Power BI.

- Expertise to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize the Azure models, reports, and dashboards.

- Should have exposure to work in Cognitive Services, Log analytics, Function app, Logic App and so on.

- Should have strong analytical skill.

- Preferred Microsoft Certified Data Engineers.

- Strong understanding of web technologies, relational databases, and data warehousing, plus ETL design.

- Should have good communication skill to interact with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Execute the various software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including user stories, use cases, software requirements, design, development and testing.

- Implement and maintain software products ensuring the effectiveness of the quality.

- Develop test plans and test cases for software components.

- Design and implement the optimal data pipeline to ingest and orchestrate the data in Azure to fulfill the business requirements.
