Key Responsibilities :

- Cloud Migration & Architecture : Design and implement Azure-based solutions for seamless migration from on-premises or other cloud platforms.

- DevOps Strategy : Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and security.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Utilize Terraform and Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration management.

- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

- Performance Optimization : Ensure system reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in Azure environments.

- Security & Compliance : Implement best practices for identity management, access control, and compliance in Azure.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in Azure DevOps.

- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools.

- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, Kubernetes (AKS), Networking, and Security.

- cloud migration projects and optimizing cloud infrastructure.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 15-20 professionals.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
